Processing Specialist - Onsite

Processing SpecialistGenesis10 is currently seeking a Processing Specialist for an Onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a seasonal contract opportunity. This position is fully onsite.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.Role Overview: Under direct supervision, this role focuses on the execution of basic processing work following defined procedures. The Specialist will be responsible for routine operational and administrative tasks, including handling paper invoices and checks, and will require exceptional attention to detail to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Open mail and extract paper invoices/checksProperly sort non-payment documents for processingAccurately batch work and communicate issues to the Workflow Coordinator or SupervisorAdminister defined procedures for filing, recording, and processing documentationPerform basic routine tasks as assigned by the managerCross-train in other functional areas such as mail sort, keying, reassociation, and data entryPrimary Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent work experience0-1 years of experience with general office skillsProficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesProven ability to handle high transaction volumes accuratelyComfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applicationsEffective verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulationsAbility to work well with others in a team environmentMust be able to complete onsite interviews, including sorting and data entry testingDesired Skills:College degreeOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
