Processing Specialist IIThe Process Specialist II in our Bradenton, FL, office is responsible for performing various FRVIS functions and using Verra-specific applications. Applicants will perform duties such as assisting in-person clientele; examining vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents to determine authenticity for processing; processing titles and registrations; being able to research, advise, interpret, update, consult, collaborate, guide, and resolve problems related to FLHSMV statutes, policies, and procedures. Finally, applicants will be the lead liaison when needed.What you'll do:Provide explicit feedback to Customer Support agents professionally and positively.Review errors flagged by the system and implement proper correctionsAssist with special T&R projects from leadership on an as-needed basisPerform paper trailing process to identify and resolve document-related issuesWhat we're looking for:High School Diploma or equivalentStrong PC skills, including basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to use various equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, and mail opening machineStrong attention to detail and quality-drivenThe ability to problem solve using analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional aptitude and flexibility toward serving and assisting othersSkills in reading records and resolving complex issues under stressful conditions with customer records or policy interpretationVerra Mobility Values An ideal candidate for this role naturally works in alignment with the Verra Mobility Core Values:Own It.
