Processing OperatorPay: $21.40/hourSchedule:A Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMB Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMRotating 2-2-3 ScheduleAverage 42 hours per weekPosition Overview: Seeking processing operators to support food production and freeze-drying operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor food processing and production equipmentPerform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation proceduresFollow all food safety, GMP, quality, and safety standardsComplete production documentation and quality checksReport equipment issues, production concerns, and safety hazardsSupport production goals while maintaining quality standardsMove between departments as needed based on production demandsAssist with maintaining a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferredAbility to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including weekendsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shiftAbility to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working in both extreme cold and hot environments throughout the shiftComfortable working around food products and food allergensStrong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skillsBasic computer and documentation skillsWork Environment:Frequent exposure to hot and cold temperaturesLoud manufacturing environmentFast-paced production settingContinuous standing and walking throughout the shiftMay be required to move between departments and production areas as neededPre-Employment Requirements:Criminal Background CheckDrug Screen
