Raytheon Job OpportunityRaytheon is seeking a team member for the Process Transformation & Standard Work Team within the Supply Chain Business Operations Organization. The Process Transformation & Standard Work Team is focused on business-level, high visibility efforts to: (1) identify process inefficiencies, (2) design improved process, policy, and tool solutions, (3) manage solutions through development, (4) drive change management and roll out solutions to the Raytheon Supply Chain organization.This role has four major components requiring a high degree of knowledge/experience in each: (1) Raytheon Material Program Management, Customer Proposals & Sourcing; (2) Training Design/Deployment/Content Delivery; (3) CORE/Project Management/Change Management; (4) Information Systems/Tools.What You Will Do:Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.Lead and coordinate a team of cross-functional groups on various initiatives.Present complex data to senior and executive leadership conveying key points and obtaining concurrence for next steps.Design user-centric policies/processes/tools and manage them through development, deployment, and end user adoption.Manage changing priorities through a remote work environment.Identify opportunities for policy, process, tool inefficiencies and drive and follow improvements through to project completion.Collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and internal customers (ex: Buyers, MPMs, Acquisition Professionals, SCLT) to understand policy/process/tool needs.Design and develop enterprise and business-level policies, processes, tools, and training.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Material Program Manager roleMPM Level 4 CertificationAbility to develop working relationships with a network of stakeholders, partners, internal customers, and technical peers to jointly achieve goalsExperience leading and coordinating a team of cross-functional groups on various initiativesUnderstanding of MRP metricsExperience designing and developing enterprise and business-level policies/processes/tools/trainingAbility to identify policy/process/tool inefficiencies or issues and drive improvements to closureProject management experience and the ability to manage multiple projectsExperience presenting complex data to senior and executive leadership conveying key points and obtaining concurrence for next stepsExperience designing user-centric policies/processes/tools and managing them through development, deployment, and end user adoptionQualifications We Prefer:Experience in implementing/doing projects with CORE, Lean, or Six Sigma process improvement effortsExperience with Agile Product Ownership.MPM Level 3 CertificationWhat We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
