Do you have experience in process engineering or quality engineering in manufacturing? In this role, you’ll work with production and quality teams to solve problems, improve product consistency, and make manufacturing processes more reliable.
What you’ll do
- Review inspection and test results to confirm materials and products meet specifications.
- Analyze quality and production data to spot trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate product defects and process issues, identify root causes, and verify that corrective actions work.
- Develop and update work instructions, quality procedures, and process controls.
- Work with production teams to reduce scrap and rework, improve yield, and increase process consistency.
- Support production trials and process changes, document results, and help put successful changes into practice.
What you’ll bring
At least 3+ years of experience in process engineering or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience will be considered.
