Process Technician - Injection Molding - Weekend Shift (Fri - Sun/6pm - 6am)Provide technician-level support to production and engineering activities within the injection molding operation. This role supports mold installation and removal, machine setup, process adjustments, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure molded products meet quality and performance standards.Support production and engineering projects as directed by Engineers and SupervisorsInstall and remove molds in injection molding machinesSet up, adjust, and optimize molding processes to maintain product qualityTroubleshoot quality issues and perform material or process changes as neededMaintain accurate records of mold processing and change activitiesInterpret plastic part measurement data and communicate results to the teamFollow established quality control systems for molded partsAssist with equipment maintenance and product/process qualificationsAdditional duties and/or overtime may be requiredMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a medium-volume injection molding environmentWorking knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, materials, and auxiliary equipmentExperience installing molds and adjusting processes to resolve quality issuesAbility to interpret plastic part measurement dataStrong problem-solving, communication, and PC skills (Microsoft Office)Associate's Degree in a technical or engineering-related fieldExperience supporting engineering-driven projects or process qualificationsFamiliarity with quality systems in a manufacturing environmentUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
