This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5!Key Responsibilities:Operate and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product qualityPerform quality control checks, maintain GMP-compliant documentationTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding and auxiliary equipmentConduct routine process audits and ensure compliance with 5S standardsCollaborate with Quality Assurance for validation and compliance reportingAnalyze production data to identify improvement opportunitiesManage material flow and inventory within production linesLead shift operations and mentor junior staff when requiredQualifications:2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with GMP, ISO, or other quality systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and complete technical documentation and logsCompetent in basic math and production analyticsAble to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long durationsWillingness to work nights, weekends, and overtimeWhy is This a Great Opportunity:About Royalton, Vermont: Located in the scenic White River Valley, Royalton is a quintessential Vermont town offering outdoor adventure, charming rural living, and community-focused values.
