Process TechnicianWe are seeking a Process Technician looking to grow with us! You will work within a team to ensure various machines successfully complete key processes and produce high quality parts. You would be primarily working with injection molding machines at our facility in Salt Lake City.Available Shifts:3rd Shift: 10 PM to 6:30 AM ($2.50/hr shift differential on top of base pay)Your Day to DayFollow all safety requirements, policies, and takes action to correct issues when foundTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all items related to the molding process and supporting equipmentGeneral maintenance duties relating to the manufacturing plantSupport preventative maintenance initiatives and daily repair of auxiliary and molding equipmentFunction effectively in a team environmentStartup and shutdown of all production equipment and systemsUtilize scientific molding principals to create and document molding parametersIdentify and diagnose injection molding defects and make adjustmentsDevelop improvements to the molding process and tooling performanceAssists with mold changes and insert changes per the production scheduleWork with team members and supporting departments such as process technicians, tooling, production, and supervisorsSupport production and follow all company policies relating to safety, quality, and ISOWhat We Would Love About YouHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred2 years of experience in manufacturing facility maintenance, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment, etc.2 years of experience with injection moldingKnowledge of chilled water systemExperience with lathes, grinders, micrometers, and calipers and most hand tools and hand power toolsElectrical knowledge in control circuitsForklift Certification (willing to certify)Good communication skillsWhat You Would Love About UsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurances - even Pet Insurance!401K with generous company matchPaid Time Off + Company paid HolidaysChampion of the Month program, Service Awards, Birthday recognitionFinancial wellness planning (Employer paid!)
