Your ability to set up equipment correctly, troubleshoot issues early, and maintain standards directly impacts quality, uptime, and delivery.What You'll DoMonitor and support injection molding and blow molding machinesPerform mold changes, startups, and process adjustmentsTroubleshoot equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systemsComplete preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeepWork closely with Quality to resolve issues and verify specificationsUse measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales)Complete setup, production, and maintenance documentation accuratelyMaintain clean, safe, and audit-ready work areasSupport and mentor less-experienced team membersModel our core value: OWN ITWhat We're Looking ForStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilitySolid manufacturing experience (injection molding strongly preferred)Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyAbility to follow GMP, safety, and standard work proceduresClear communication skills and dependable work habitsWillingness to learn, improve processes, and take ownershipWhat Success Looks LikeEquipment runs efficiently with minimal downtimeMold changes and startups are completed right the first timeMaintenance is completed on schedule—not deferredQuality issues are identified, resolved, and documentedWork areas remain clean, organized, and inspection-readyQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience with GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S environments in a manufacturing environmentAbility to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers)Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)Preferred (Not Required)Injection molding experienceFamiliarity with IQMS or similar manufacturing systemsCareer Growth & Skill DevelopmentAt Flexcraft, advancement is earned through skill, reliability, and ownership.
