This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving quality in a production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform machine start-ups, troubleshooting, and process optimizationDevelop, document, and maintain molding tolerances and process standardsAnalyze machine performance data to identify and implement improvementsTrain and support Set-Up Technicians to ensure adherence to best practicesCollaborate with Quality, Tooling, and Production teams on part and process qualificationsSupport mold qualifications, including IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAPComplete production reports accurately and participate in shift handoffsContinuously expand knowledge of materials and molding techniquesQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection moldingStrong understanding of Scientific Molding principlesExperience with mold qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP)Demonstrated ability to analyze data and improve processesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsFluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour401(k) with company benefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral program
