Process Technician IIWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician II, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. You will work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
If you have a strong technical background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Daily maintenance and improvement of the process in the workshop, investigation, and resolution of on-site abnormalitiesStandardized operation, monitoring the implementationAssistance to the supervisor in new employees' trainingMonitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targetsConduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioningTroubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvementCollect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizationMaintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and resultsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesAdhere to all American Panel Solutions and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant groundsMeet or exceed company safety standardsQualifications:Associate's Degree; Technical or Vocational training or relevant experience accepted in lieu of degreeBasic knowledge of safety and environmental regulationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operationFamiliarity with quality control principles and practicesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentPhysical requirements: Requires prolonged standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree. Medium Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around equipment.

The range for this position is $58,207.00 - $80,035.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
