Process TechnicianLocation: Modesto, CA Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Industry: Plastic ManufacturingPosition SummaryWe are looking for a Process Technician to support the operation and maintenance of automated blow molding equipment in a plastic manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for monitoring production, troubleshooting equipment, making machine adjustments, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated blow molding equipment.Perform basic troubleshooting and make necessary machine adjustments and repairs.Monitor equipment settings and make adjustments to maintain proper production.Complete preventative maintenance tasks as required.Follow product specifications, material requirements, and customer requests.Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet required specifications.Inspect bottles and products for defects, dimensions, and quality standards.Properly tag and identify units and gaylords coming off the production line.Record downtime and scrap information in SAP.Follow all safety, housekeeping, ISO, and GMP procedures.Report food safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.Attend required training sessions and team meetings.Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Associate's Degree or higher preferred.Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or technical experience is a plus.Strong mechanical and technical skills.Ability to troubleshoot and learn new equipment and processes.Self-motivated and dependable.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Good time management and problem-solving skills.Willingness to continuously learn through training and hands-on experience.
