Read below for more information!Start up, shut down, and perform changeovers on extrusion linesMonitor and optimize extrusion line performance to maintain peak efficiencyTroubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and production issuesEnsure plastic sheets and rolls meet customer specifications and company quality standardsTrain and support team members on production processes and proceduresMaintain accurate production records, including employee time allocation to manufacturing ordersFollow quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements while supporting continuous improvement effortsAt least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experienceAbility to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentagesAbility to read, interpret, and communicate customer and industry documentation effectivelyStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced team environmentCommitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPEAbility to pass a criminal background check and verify authorization to work in the United StatesEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
