We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team in Germantown, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity responsible for injection molding machine setup and start-up, robot program loading, process optimization, troubleshooting, and support of validation and continuous improvement activities.Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience.Schedule: Day shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, working 12-hour shifts.Perks & Benefits: Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental Insurance.Duties:Set up molds and start production jobs on injection molding presses.Load and verify robot programs.Monitor and troubleshoot production processes.Conduct Scientific Molding studies and support process improvements.Perform FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities.Create setup instructions for new molds.Follow GMP, GDP, quality, and safety requirements.Partner with Process Engineers and Tooling teams to improve performance.Position Requirements:5-7 years of plastics injection molding experience.Forklift and Lockout/Tagout certification.Basic hydraulic, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to program a core sequence on a tool.Experience with Scientific Molding, validation activities, and instrumented tooling (RJG/Kistler) preferred.IMM robot programming experience preferred.Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
