Process Technician

Injection Molding Technician / Set-UpEastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician / Set-Up professional for an established manufacturing organization in the Baraboo, Wisconsin area. This position plays a key role in supporting daily injection molding operations, including mold changes, machine start-up and shutdown, process performance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on injection molding experience along with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes, coordinate production resources, support employee training, and help maintain consistent quality and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Location: Baraboo, WIShift: Day Shift -- Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMHourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct HireFLSA Status: Non ExemptNo sponsorship is available now or in the future.

Applicants must have relevant experience aligned with the requirements of this position to be considered.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform injection mold set-ups, machine start-ups, shutdowns, sampling, and related production changeover activitiesMonitor molding equipment and processes to promote optimal machine performance, product quality, material utilization, and production efficiencyTroubleshoot injection molding equipment, tooling, materials, and supporting production systems to address operational or quality issuesCoordinate day-to-day people and equipment resources within the injection molding operation to support schedule attainment, yield, and on-time productionSupport the implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and process consistencyAssist with the training, coaching, and development of employees to support safe work practices, production standards, and operational expectationsMonitor molded-product quality and make appropriate process adjustments to maintain established specificationsWork closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other supporting functions to resolve production issues and maintain workflowQualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience setting, starting, and sampling injection moldsStrong working knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, molds, and polymer materialsExperience troubleshooting injection molding equipment and associated manufacturing processesForklift operation certificationOverhead crane certificationWorking knowledge of manufacturing support functions, including quality and supply chainAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment and make timely decisions when complete information may not be availableStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamBenefitsMedical insurance — employee coverage fully paid by the employerDental insurancePaid vacation11 paid holidaysLife insurance
