We want you to view your time at Westfall as an investment to your future.We are currently seeking a Process Technician, with the below qualifications:Position DetailsResponsible for machine start-upsFirst response to all machine and secondary equipment alarmsAssist toolroom in changing of cavities, slides, or cores, as needed.

Analyze and make recommendations for improving toolsMaintain a clean, safe work area and perform all job responsibilities in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.Ensure machines and robots are running at maximum efficiencyTroubleshoot mold problemsResponsible for the consistent and accurate completion of paperwork.Responsible for mold changing activitiesResponsible for maintaining the appearance of all molds and other equipmentReport to Shift Supervisor any Issues requiring attention.Desired Skills and ExperienceKnowledge and application of scientific molding principlesStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting methodologyPrior knowledge of materials, equipment function, processing and machine operation in Injection MoldingStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency at reading, interpreting, and utilizing all machine, product and work order documentation along with blueprintsProficient with Mold setup activities, working with Maintenance on problems and use of state-of-the-art controls on machines and robot/automation.High school diploma or equivalentOne-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.What You'll Love About Us:11 Paid Holidays, Sick Pay, Vacation Pay401K, Plus Employer MatchMedical, Dental, Vision, Company Sponsored Life and AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, and More…We are committed to creating a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
