Process Technician - Advanced Packaging

Job TitleTo increase the cleanroom capacity for new customer and its X3 module assemblyPrincipal Accountabilities / Duties:Perform product active alignment and module box build assembly, and testing.Previous Experience Required:Preferred Qualifications:* Minimum 0-2 years hands-on experience in one or more of: wire bonding, die attach, optical alignment/edge coupling, fiber splicing, die polishing, or electro-optical box build.* Soldering skill* Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment* Proficiency with microscopes, inspection tools, and precision hand tools* Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 preferred)Education or Training:College or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree or technical certification in electronics, optics, or manufacturing technology preferredOn-the-job training or vocational training in microelectronics assembly, fiber optics, or photonic packaging acceptable
