Process TechnicianThe Process Technician is responsible for basic machine operation within the manufacturing environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe able to operate gantry robots (ET, TW, U4).Cut and test NOLsOperation of basic power tools (saws, drills, etc.)Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance process on machinesOperate the parts sawOperate the extractorConsistently, completely, and competently fill out paperworkBasic FPM and FPS operationBasic part programmingBe able to locate and follow OP's, OI's, and training proceduresBe able to start a NCR and take it to the 5 WhysConsistently and accurately set the heated roller ADF, and install and align torches and thermocouplesOther duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceThis position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and less than 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience Basic FPM and FPS operation with 5S and Lean Manufacturing a plus.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust have an excellent mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and work ethicMust be reliableMust work safelyExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in English; both written and verbalRead common measuring devices including but not limited to: calipers, micrometers, pi tapes, thermometers, tape measures, scales, load cells, etc.Should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskMust have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust have a high level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environmentMust have the ability to adapt to constantly changing prioritiesMust have basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows software (Excel, Word, etc.)Work Environment/Physical Demands/Equipment UsedThis position is in a manufacturing facility requiring prolonged standing, walking, squatting, twisting, bending, and reaching throughout an entire ten-hour or eight-hour shift. Must be able to move and handle various-sized products in bags and/or boxes in a dirty, dusty, noisy environment.
