Job TitleJob Description Role And ResponsibilitiesSet up tools, trouble shoot molds, parts, press and robot problemsSet up and start production jobsSet up, program, and adjust robotsAssist in new part sampling, help with setting process parameters on incoming production jobsSet up tools per daily schedule using mold set up check list and fill out required paperworkTroubleshoot molding problems and document process and changes accordinglyInteract with Production and Quality team to ensure mold set ups, startups, and shut downs are smooth and efficientEvaluate tooling and work with tool room to maintain tool efficiencyAdhere to all safety protocols and use of PPEAdhere to Company core values: Positive Thinking Is Powerful Thinking, Lock And Load, Individual Contribution To The Group Effort, Do The Right Thing, Aim For The Highest PeakQualifications And Education RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED2-4 years of experience in plastic injection moldingKnowledge, Skills, AttitudesPrior experience working with molding machines, Negri Bossi and Milacron preferredPossess understanding on processing all types of materials using scientific moldingMust be able to take direction and work as part of a teamDisplay sound judgement when troubleshooting machinery and production equipmentExperience in an ISO certified environment is preferredExperience with IQMS or other MRO software preferredMust be able to lift or push 55 pounds on a regular basis, stand for a minimum of 8 hours, and have full motor movementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows Based Operating SystemsAbove average written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skillsKnowledge of industrial safety in a production and warehouse environmentSelf-directed, has initiative and the ability to multi-taskStrong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
