Process TechnicianExpress Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Process Technicians and Apprentices to join a local manufacturer with an immediate opening! This is a great opportunity to put your technical skills to work in a modern production environment as this company utilizes the latest technology and production equipment.This is a full time position on first, second and third shifts. Starting wage is $20-25/hour, based on experience.Essential Responsibilities include:Effectively start up, shutdown, and changeover extrusion linesPerforms machine set ups and regulate temperature, volume, pressure, and time settings to mold plastic materialsReview each process for optimization and associated documentation of actual process dataTroubleshoot molding defects/causes and remedy any issue using a systematic approach to process changesWorks independently, efficiently manages time, and uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsWhat we need from you:1 year or more related job experienceMechanical aptitudeAble to effectively perform all basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.)Ability to effectively read, interpret and communicate industry and customer specific documentationTake the first step toward your success.
