We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and signed court appointments in legal document delivery.Ideal candidates include:Experienced Process ServersLicensed Private InvestigatorsCurrent or Former Law Enforcement ProfessionalsParalegalsKey Responsibilities:Make diligent service attempts: up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addressesSubmit detailed attempt notesRecord service or non-service outcomesRequirements:Reliable transportationValid driver's licenseActive auto insuranceSmartphone with ability to run mobile applicationsStrong communication and documentation skillsCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detailJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $35.00 - $500.00 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftEvening shift
