Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor)
ProVest is one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Coffee County, TN
Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near Coffee County.
As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.
Serve legal documents within assigned areas
Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
Return completed documents
Live in or near the listed counties
Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays
Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Access to a computer, printer, and scanner
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Original case files will be mailed to you, and as a non-local server, you will not be required to report to a ProVest office in person.
