What you'll be doing
* Lead and facilitate PHAs, driving actionable outcomes across the site
* Own and develop the site PSM programme, improving compliance and performance
* Partner with engineering and operations to reduce process risk and enhance systems
* Influence and develop site capability, particularly within a growing engineering team
What you'll bring
* Proven experience leading PHAs - not just participating
* Strong grounding in PSM elements including MOC, LOPA and incident investigation
* Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
