Process Reliability Engineer EHCThe Woodlands, TX, United StatesWhat you will enjoy doing:Ensure operating conditions support efficient, cost-effective, and reliable operationEvaluate how process conditions impact equipment performance and identify when systems operate outside preferred rangesAssess risk to equipment and support decisions that balance production demands with equipment protectionUse process and condition monitoring data to detect early signs of equipment stress or degradationAnalyze trends and recurring issues that impact reliability, performance, and cost of ownershipCommunicate risks clearly when equipment operates outside preferred conditionsProvide actionable recommendations to operations and maintenance teamsPrioritize issues based on risk, cost, and impact to reliability and performanceWhat makes you great:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related field preferred)Ten (10) years of relevant experience; extensive experience (10+ years) may be considered in lieu of a degreeExperience in plant operations, process engineering, or reliability engineeringBackground in Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide, or Carbon Dioxide manufacturing (preferred)Process simulation modeling experience with UniSim, Aspen, or HYSYSStrong understanding of how process conditions impact equipment performanceAbility to analyze data and translate findings into practical actionsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, engineering)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to balance production demands with equipment reliability prioritiesWhy you will love working with us:Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
