Process OperatorsA local company in Covington GA is hiring for Process Operators. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Pay: $19.50/hourSchedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysJob Responsibilities:Operate and monitor manufacturing and processing equipment.Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.Load materials and inspect products to ensure quality standards.Record production information and equipment readings accurately.Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns promptly.Safely use ladders and hoists, climb stairs, and use elevators when needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Qualifications:3-5 years of skilled manufacturing experience is highly preferred; chemical, industrial, or production experience is a plus.Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.Strong commitment to safety and established procedures.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Must be available for all rotating shifts and interested in long-term employment.
