Our company produces high-quality seasoning and spice blends used by food manufacturers and spice brands across the country. All shifts are currently available.As a Process Operator, you will play an important role in producing high-quality spice blends used in food products nationwide.
Responsibilities include:Operate and monitor large industrial mixers/blenders (800–16,000 lb batches) used to produce dry seasoning blendsSafely mix, blend, and batch ingredients according to detailed production specificationsWork with team members to open and add raw ingredients into mixing equipmentEnsure accurate blending and product quality to meet customer specificationsAssist with the semi-automatic packaging process, including weighing and filling bags (typically 40 lb. bags)Move finished product to be palletized and prepared for shipmentMaintain a clean and sanitary production environment following food safety standardsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresCommunicate with forklift operators to coordinate delivery of ingredients to the production lineReport any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisorsWhat we're looking for:Experience in food manufacturing or production is helpful but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentComfortable with physical work including lifting up to 40 lbsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standardsAbility to work well in a team environmentForklift certification is a plus but not requiredWhy join us?Growing global food manufacturing companyStable industry with long-term opportunityAll shifts availableTeam-oriented environmentOpportunity to gain valuable food manufacturing and production experienceIf you are looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with a company that is growing and investing in its future, we encourage you to apply today!
