Bolder Industries is ISO 9001 certified and holds a Silver EcoVadis rating.Location: Terre Haute, INType: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts, day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) available | Overtime as NeededAs a Process Operator, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing and handling raw materials and finished products in our facility. You will operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced, continuous operation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specificationsTroubleshooting, inspecting, and resolving equipment issuesMonitoring operations via computer systems and control room interfacesSampling, testing, and inspecting materials and productsHandling and packing materials in bags, totes, drums, or sacksFilling tanks and transferring product as neededPerforming physically demanding tasks (e.g., moving hoses, cleaning equipment)Learning and supporting cross-functional rolesEnsuring compliance with ISO 9001, EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA regulationsQualificationsWillingness to work in varying environments (hot/cold, noisy, with carbon black exposure)Strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and dust respirators when neededLift and carry up to 50 lbsStand and walk for extended periodsClimb stairs/ladders, bend, reach, push, and pullAvailability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as neededA reliable team player who works well with minimal supervisionStrong communicator—able to share information clearly with peers and leadersA problem-solver with good decision-making skillsComputer literate (basic email and control system use)Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new skillsForklift experience is a plus; ability to obtain certification is requiredWe offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth:Career Growth: Training and development programsEmployee Recognition: Real-time appreciation with personalized rewardsTime Off: Generous PTO and paid sick leaveComprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision for employees and familiesSecurity: Short-term/long-term disability and life insurance at no cost to employeeRetirement: 401(k) participationOur Commitment to InclusionWe believe diversity drives innovation.
