Process OperatorProcess Operators perform duties related to maintaining the flow of ethanol production through its various processes. Process Operators rotate through four main work areas of operation which are process, driers, utilities and control room. The Process Operator will support all policies, goals and objectives of the company, and will represent the company in a knowledgeable and professional manner.Essential Job FunctionsLearn and operate all processes associated with the plant.Learn and operate plant's DCS (computer control system).Learn and follow procedures for plant start-up, shut down, cleaning and batching.Keep accurate and timely logs.Respond to collected data and make adjustment to optimize plant operation.Keep plant facilities clean.Keep operators coming on shift briefed on what has happened and what is supposed to be done during the next shift.Conduct quality control tests on product stream.Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or issues with production.Complete any and all tasks assigned by management.Support all company safety, health, environmental, and quality programs and be directly responsible for managing safety and health performance.Other duties not listed herein, but which need to be accomplished to maintain safe and productive day-to-day operations within the plant.Maintain confidentiality of all records and company matters.Support and promote a positive and cooperative team environment that fosters creative problem solving and shared learningSupport E Energy Adams Core Values and Guiding Principles.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED1 or more years' experience working in a manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial environmentA combination of relevant experience and education will be consideredAble to read, write, and comprehend the English language.The right to work in the U.S.
