Process Operator

Bilingual Process OperatorInsight Global is currently seeking a Bilingual Process Operator to support cheese production operations within the manufacturing plant. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the cheese making process, monitoring production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining sanitation and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment, follows procedures closely, and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

This is a hands-on production role where employees will work with ingredients, pumps, hoses, mixers, and operator interfaces while supporting daily cheese production.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor cheese production equipment and systems.Follow production schedules and batching instructions.Connect hoses, pumps, and processing equipment as directed.Load ingredients and materials into blending and processing systems.Monitor production screens and Human Machine Interface (HMI) controls.Perform basic equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting.Follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.Maintain accurate production records and documentation.Work safely in a wet, slippery manufacturing environment. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
