As a core member of the Line Triad, this role uses standard tools and continuous improvement practices to eliminate losses, strengthen capability, and ensure reliable, repeatable execution across all shifts. The Process Operations Leader owns the definition, execution, improvement, and sustainment of standards. By partnering closely with line team members, Operations, Tech Services, Quality, and Engineering, this role drives True Efficiency (TE), reduces waste, and ensures high quality, stable performance.ResponsibilitiesProcess Ownership & OptimizationOwn all manufacturing processes for an assigned production line across a 24-hour operationEnsure consistent execution of standard work across all shiftsIdentify process gaps and variability; lead corrective actions to restore stabilityDevelop, implement, and sustain new standards and tools to drive loss eliminationPerformance Management & Loss EliminationUse structured problem solving and Continuous Improvement tools to eliminate losses, improve TE, and reduce waste and reworkCapture learnings and best practices and translate them into a current best approachTrack, analyze, and report line performance using accurate, reliable dataData Integrity & SystemsOwn data accuracy and integrity for the lineEnsure correct use of performance tracking systems and DMS execution across all shiftsUse data to proactively identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesTechnical Troubleshooting & SupportServe as the primary point of contact for process related technical issuesTroubleshoot and support resolution of breakdowns tied to process design, execution, or capabilityPartner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues and prevent recurrenceCross Functional CollaborationActively participate in LST (Line Structure Team) and daily operating meetingsProactively report results, escalate issues, and request resources when neededPartner with functional teams to support line reliability, quality, and productivity initiativesQuality & Standards LeadershipEnsure quality standards are built into the process and executed consistentlySupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality eventsCoach teams on proper process execution and adherence to standardsCompensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
