Identifying and implementing enterprise-wide process improvement activities, the full-time Process Improvement Specialist will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business infrastructure and support new business opportunities while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Support the development and execution of performance improvement projects using LEAN/Six Sigma and PDSA methodologies Assist with the implementation and training of staff on process engineering maintenance plans to improve effectiveness Collect, monitor, and evaluate project key performance metrics, developing status reports for upper management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies within the healthcare industry LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt or PMP certification is also a plus Previous knowledge of process mapping, design, and project management software Experience with statistical applications related to process improvement
