This role requires collaborating with and facilitating cross functional teams, planning and timeline management (including progress tracking), process redesign & process improvement and communicating effectively with key stakeholders.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop project charters, workflows, executive summaries, plans, timelines, and resources allocation for all assigned projectsRedesigning processes -- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement process improvement strategies including process reengineering, automation, and standardizationFacilitate cross-functional project teams and workshops to support process improvement and drive timely resultsWhen needed, firmly lead and coach the team to ensure alignment and achieve the project objectivesTrack progress, manage project risks, and ensure projects are completed on timeEstablish project success metrics to track progress performance and report on results to key stakeholdersPromote a culture of collaboration and timely execution of the workQualificationsBachelors Degree in healthcare, business or engineering related fieldPMP certified, Certification preferred (can be supplemented by years of experience)Proven track record of success with 3-5 years of experience in project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholdersHighly capable with both process improvement methodologies, (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma) and meeting facilitationPhysical DemandsAbility to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistanceCategory 1: Job classification is exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job dutiesWork EnvironmentNormally works in climate-controlled office environmentFrequent sitting with movement throughout office spaceFrequent exposure to sharp objects and instrumentsOccasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.Occasional high noise level in work environment.Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Scheduled FTE:1Location:ThedaCare Corporate Office - Neenah, WisconsinOvertime Exempt:Yes
