• Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement
• Root cause analysis & troubleshooting
• Production equipment & line optimization
• Standard Work Instructions & technical documentation
• Cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Capital improvement & equipment upgrade projects
• Cross-functional work with Production, Quality & Maintenance
Full-time onsite – Tipton, PA
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
4–6 years of manufacturing experience preferred
