Working remotely, the full-time Process Improvement Associate will lead cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and manage stakeholder engagement to support organizational goals. Key responsibilities: Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring timely completion and collaboration Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, assisting in the development of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies Collaboratively formulates implementation and communication strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives Required qualifications: A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints
