Process Improvement Analyst

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process analysis, benchmarking, program metrics, or management consulting.
- Familiarity with the Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of OGFM performance metrics and corporate policy.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
What You Can Expect From Us
- The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $140,000 - 170,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee.
