Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesRelease WIP from hold.Execute OCAP following process specification.Execute engineering tests per instruction from engineer.Train/certify operators.Proof-read process specification.Monitoring and analysis of SPC and process data stream.Education & Experience4+ years of experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentSome college preferredSkillsBasic knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and standard operating procedure in factory.Basic knowledge of die sort.Good written/oral communication skills.Fluency in MS - Excel, Word.Working ConditionsWill be exposed to areas where hand tools and power tools are being operated.Will be exposed to areas where hazardous chemicals or gases are stored.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment per semi-conductor protocol/requirements.Physical RequirementsWork in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods.Wear full cleanroom attire (smock, mask, etc.)Work with and/or around chemicals (such as solids and acids)Stand for up to 4 hours at a timeLift up to 16-30 PoundsPush/Pull up to 16-30 poundsSit for up to 4 hours at a timeSafety RequirementsAll employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
