Our client is seeking a Process Control Leader to oversee and drive manufacturing process performance across a complex investment casting operation. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an engineering professional who excels at process optimization, quality improvement, operational excellence, and developing technical teams in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Lead and mentor a team of Process Owners responsible for key manufacturing processes including wax, shell, casting, heat treat, braze, core removal, and post-cast processing. Define and execute process control strategies that improve quality, reduce variation, and drive operational performance. Champion Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and data-driven decision making. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, productivity, quality enhancement, and cycle time improvement. Partner with engineering, operations, quality, and leadership teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements. Expand the use of data analytics and AI to improve manufacturing process control and operational performance. Lead capital projects from concept through production implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
5+ years of manufacturing experience.
Previous leadership experience leading engineers, technical teams, or process owners.
Strong background in process improvement, root cause analysis, and manufacturing optimization.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, AS9100, and NADCAP standards is highly preferred.
