Process Engineering Consultant – Tata Consultancy Services
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Process Engineering Consultant to drive continuous improvement initiatives for banking operations.
Compensation
- Base pay: $80,000 – $87,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies, costs, and cycle time reductions.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies.
- Analyze data and process activities using Power BI, Power Query, and VBA to support business optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams (Mainframe, .NET, backend) to understand systems, identify process gaps, and design improvement solutions.
- Lead projects, manage project lifecycles, and guide teams through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Work with business and technology partners to gather feedback, define requirements, and implement improvements.
- Transform client journeys (e.g., complaint handling) through human‑centered design principles.
- Create detailed process maps, validate solution designs, and test results with business partners.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate effectively, understand and discuss development requirements, and resolve operational or process problems.
Required Qualifications
- Green, Yellow, or Black Six Sigma Certification (must demonstrate implemented process).
- Experience with approach, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
