Our client is searching for a dedicated Process Engineer in the Ultrapure Water (UPW) segment, who will be responsible for delivering technical and business outcomes in industrial water/wastewater and EPC project environments.
Ideal candidates will come from an EPC background in the semiconductor, chemical, power or related process industries.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop process design basis, mass balances, PFDs and P&IDs
- Size/specify UPW equipment including RO, EDI, IX, UV and UF systems
- Perform hydraulic/process calculations and modeling
- Support procurement, vendor reviews and bid evaluations
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls and project teams
- Participate in HAZOP/design reviews
- Support proposals, FAT, startup, troubleshooting and performance testing
Required Qualifications
- BS Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- 7+ years UPW/high-purity water process engineering
- Experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, pharma or power markets
- Experience with EPC/engineered systems projects
