Seeking an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in Banking Operations, Business Process
Optimization, and Microsoft Visio. The role focuses on analyzing, documenting, redesigning, and
improving banking processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, customer experience, and risk
management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in banking process engineering or operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with Appian, Pega, Signavio, Camunda, or similar BPM tools.
- Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
