Job TitleYou will play a key role in implementing machine standard settings, implementing improvement projects, supporting equipment upgrades, and helping teams solve technical process challenges. The position requires strong engineering discipline, practical manufacturing judgment, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production setting.Support manufacturing performance by implementing machine standard settings.Lead and assist with continuous improvement efforts.Support equipment upgrades, process changes, troubleshooting activities, and technical manufacturing projects.Partner with production, maintenance, suppliers, and contractors to support equipment reliability and project execution.Train, coach, and support team members as needed to improve technical capability and manufacturing performance.This position works in an industrial manufacturing environment and requires regular interaction with production equipment, maintenance activities, and cross-functional manufacturing teams. Appropriate safety practices and personal protective equipment are required in designated areas.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.At least 2 years of experience in a high-speed production or manufacturing environment.Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machine reliability, materials, equipment, tools, and maintenance-related workflows.Experience with project management, problem solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.Ability to communicate effectively in a manufacturing setting and work well with production, maintenance, contractors, OEMs, and suppliers.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar 2D/3D software is preferred.Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Supervisory or coaching experience is preferred.Ability to support operations before or after normal hours and respond to off-hour calls when needed.If you are a practical, hands-on engineer who enjoys improving equipment performance, solving manufacturing challenges, and helping teams succeed, we would like to connect with you.
