nInsight Global is looking for a process engineer in the Orlando area. This will be a fully onsite role Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. We are looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience. The Continuous Improvement & Kaizen Lead (Process Engineer) will lead Kaizen events, value stream assessments, and complex improvement initiatives across the organization. This individual will partner with executives, senior leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, reduce process friction, and deliver measurable business results.
nThe position requires an experienced practitioner who can independently identify improvement opportunities, define project scope and success measures, facilitate structured problem-solving sessions, and oversee implementation. The Lead will also help establish a consistent framework for managing, measuring, and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives

nSkills and Requirements
nBachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, operations management, organizational development, process improvement, analytics, project management, or a related field.
nEquivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.
n7 or more years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, project management, business transformation, management consulting, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
nDemonstrated experience independently leading Kaizen events, value stream assessments, or structured process improvement workshops.
nExperience working directly with executives, senior leaders, process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
nStrong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root-cause analysis, standard work, and visual management.
nExperience developing project charters, defining scope, establishing performance measures, and managing implementation plans.
nAbility to analyze operational data and quantify improvement opportunities, expected benefits, and actual results. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
nProject Management Professional certification.
nCertified Kaizen Facilitator or comparable continuous improvement certification.
nExperience designing an enterprise-wide continuous improvement framework or program.
nExperience developing governance routines, performance dashboards, control plans, and sustainment models.
nExperience with Microsoft Visio, Power BI, SharePoint, or comparable reporting and process-mapping tools.
