The Process Engineer will evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes with a focus on increasing quality, yield, efficiency, reliability, and production performance while reducing cost. This individual will lead experiments using DOE and other analytical methodologies, establish manufacturing best practices and process parameters, conduct process capability studies, and use Six Sigma DMAIC principles to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. The Process Engineer will also lead yield investigations, analyze and communicate production data to cross-functional teams, develop tools and methods to improve yields, perform engineering calculations for processes and equipment, support incident investigations and corrective actions, and research new manufacturing methods that improve the long-term assembly process. This person will work closely with engineering and operations teams and should bring a strong combination of hands-on manufacturing knowledge, data-driven problem solving, and continuous improvement experience.
