Pay Range: $90k - $105k + bonus

Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Process Engineer in Milwaukee.
Responsibilities
- Partner with site management and collaborate with the manufacturing and project teams to oversee the implementation of new processes.
- Assist production launches and variation reduction initiatives.
- Provide process and technical support in processing a wide range of thermoplastic materials.
- Ensures new products are "ready for production" prior to release with up front input to Tooling,
- Cross functional participation with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and ownership of Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Develops and trains production staff in work methods, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years o f manufacturing and plastics injection molding experience
