Process EngineerDevelop assembly plans for the launch of new products and manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain General Assembly PFMEA and Control Plans for all process steps. Coordinate launch activities with Plant Engineering and Vehicle Engineering teams.
Support the achievement of defined targets for production volume, labor density, cost, and safety. Responsible for the Bill of Process (BOP) and factory resources using 3DX DELMIA. Maintain and execute MODAPTS time studies using ProPlanner.
Apply hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics EOAT, pick-and-place lift assists and automation, adhesive dispensing systems, vision systems, and metrology equipment. Primary worksite is Livonia, MI, but relocation is possible. Req: Master’s Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related with 4 months experience as Process Engineer or related.
