We're looking for a driven Process Engineer to lead impactful projects, improve process control systems, and turn production challenges into smarter, safer, and more efficient solutions across our manufacturing operations. If you're ready to put your engineering expertise to work, collaborate with teams across the operation, and make a measurable impact through continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Lead and manage engineering projects of moderate to large scope, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goalsDesign, improve, and implement process control systems and proceduresTroubleshoot production issues and develop practical, scalable engineering solutionsConduct process failure analyses, audits, and root cause investigations to drive consistency across operationsDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentationCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, production teams, and other departmentsPerform feasibility studies related to manufacturing processes including fabrication, machining, and assemblyEstablish and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and costCreate and execute test plans, analyze data, and implement process improvementsAssist with equipment diagnosis and provide hands-on support during troubleshooting activitiesEnsure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) with 3+ years of experience.
