Process Engineer
We are seeking a process engineer to drive performance across high-cavity injection molding operations in the Charlotte metro area! In this role, you'll serve as the plant's go-to expert for mold troubleshooting, process optimization, and tooling reliability. Working directly with both floor processing and the toolroom, you will fine-tune process parameters, reduce scrap, and handle tooling modifications in SolidWorks to keep high-cavity tools running efficiently.
