This position serves as the primary technical and operational liaison between project teams and plant operations during the introduction of a new major production asset, and then transitions into full process ownership once operational.This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in capital expansion, equipment startup, and long?term operational excellence, while also developing broad plant expertise across existing assets.
