About the Job
We are seeking a CNC Programmer / Process Engineer to join a precision manufacturing team supporting complex components for aerospace, medical, and commercial applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Swiss CNC professional who enjoys developing efficient machining processes, solving production challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for programming and optimizing Swiss-style CNC lathes, improving cycle times, reducing waste, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and productivity. You'll work closely with production and quality teams while serving as a technical resource for operators and manufacturing personnel.
What You'll Do
• Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAD/CAM software
• Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
• Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity and cost reduction
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for complex precision components
• Troubleshoot machining and process issues to minimize downtime
• Train and support machine operators to improve overall performance
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet stringent manufacturing standards
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of Swiss CNC programming experience
• Proficiency with Esprit CAD/CAM software
• Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining principles
• Experience in aerospace, medical, or other precision manufacturing environments
• A hands-on problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
