Role Overview
We are looking for a generalist consultant who can capture the current state, document processes, and help drive process-related initiatives. This role does not require deep technical expertise, but strong business process understanding is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Capture current state processes and documentation
Drive process mapping and modelling activities
Work closely with clients to gather requirements
Facilitate and run workshops
Understand deliverables and ensure alignment with business needs
Collaborate with process analysts for support
Skills & Experience
Around 10 years of experience
Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
Experience in process mapping and modelling
Familiarity with tools such as Holocentric (client), Visio, Signavio, Blueworks Live, or similar (flexible – can be upskilled)
Note: Must have valid Australian work authorization.
